When is the RSVP deadline? 🗓️
Please RSVP by 1st January 2027 (though we’d really appreciate hearing from you sooner as it helps us with planning).
If we haven’t received your response by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will finalise numbers accordingly. We are unable to accommodate guests who haven’t confirmed in advance. If you’re unsure, please let us know and, if you can’t make it, we’d truly appreciate being informed - accurate numbers make a big difference!
What's the dress code?👗
Smart casual please! Think suits, shirts, trousers, dresses or similar. We’re not planning anything too formal so no need for black tie. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and confident. Wear something that feels like you and that you’ll happily celebrate in all day! Don't forget your dancing shoes 💃
Can children come to
the ceremony?👶
If your child/children are named on your invitation then they are very welcome to attend our ceremony. We just ask that if any little ones become unsettled, they are taken outside promptly so we can keep it peaceful and uninterrupted. Thank you for helping us protect our moment 💛
Do I need to choose my meal?🍔
Is the venue accessible?🧑🦼
We’ll be hosting a BBQ-style buffet with a selection of different dishes and sides to suit a range of tastes. In the evening, we’ll also be serving bacon and sausage baps as a late-night snack.
Our venue has step-free access, accessible parking and an accessible bathroom inside the bar/restaurant, however if you have any specific access requirements please let us know and we will ensure this is communicated to the venue.
Will there be alcohol provided? 🍹
There'll be a welcome drink for everyone after the ceremony to get things started. After that, the bar will be open as normal for guests to purchase drinks.
Is there a car park? 🚗
There are plenty of spaces at the venue, please see the map for the location.
Where should we stay if we’re travelling? 🏨
Our venue has on-site accommodation available, although we understand it may not suit everyone.
We’ve also put together a list of nearby hotels and places to stay on our Accommodation page to help with your planning.
Should I have received a physical invite? ✉️
We’ve chosen to send digital invitations as our primary format but we do have a small number of printed invites available. If you’d really like a physical copy as a keepsake, just let us know and we’ll happily send one your way 😊
Can you cater for dietary requirements?🥦
We completely understand how important this is. Our venue is happy to cater for dietary requirements and allergies; we just ask that you let us know in advance so arrangements can be made. Please let us know on your RSVP or send us a message.
Is transport home available? 🚕
There are plenty of local taxi firms available, but we recommend using Uber, which is fully operational in the area and usually the easiest option.
If you’d prefer a traditional taxi firm, we suggest either 24/7 Cars (01234 262222) or A1 Cars (01234 364444).
Either way, getting back to your accommodation should be straightforward and stress-free!
Is there a gift registry? 🎁
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, so please don’t feel any obligation to give anything further. However, if you would really like to give a gift, we would be so grateful for a small contribution towards our honeymoon and the memories we’ll make together.

Can I take photos? 📸
Yes, please feel free to take photos throughout the day.
We'll also have a professional photographer so all the important moments will be beautifully captured, meaning you can relax, be present and simply enjoy celebrating with us.
During the ceremony please follow the registrar's guidance as photography may not be permitted.
We would be really grateful if you could wait until we've shared our own photos before posting any on social media.

That would be the bride!
Maria designed and built this website as a little passion project for the wedding. It's her first time creating a website, so it's been a huge learning experience (and a lot of fun!)
